Louise Keen

Ms Keen has a degree in Primary Education with Drama from St. Martins College, Lancaster, UK. She taught in the East of England before transitioning to international
teaching. Her first international post was at a British school in Penang, Malaysia. Following this, Ms Keen relocated to Japan to teach. Her teaching experience has expanded across both Key Stages and involved the role of Mathematics Leader, EAL, Drama and Science coordinator.
She is passionate to deliver curriculum in an engaging, differentiated manner with a variety of diverse learners in an international setting. She strongly believes that through exploration,
inquiry and play, children gain academic excellence.
Ms Keen is married and has a son. As a family they thoroughly enjoy travelling and exploring
new places together. She enjoys being outdoors whether it is skiing, exploring mountain
ranges on foot or horseback, playing with the waves on a skimboard and making sandcastles at the beach with her son.
