Andrew Robertson
Primary, Year Two
Mr Robertson has a degree in Geography and qualified as a teacher in 2008 through the University of Edinburgh. He spent the first few years of his career in London, before embarking on an international teaching adventure in Beijing. After two hugely enjoyable years in China, he returned home to London to further develop his practice.
Mr Robertson has taught across all the primary age groups and has a real passion for maths, in particular developing problem-solving and reasoning skills. He also likes to build an ‘oracy’ classroom where children can find their voice and speak confidently in a variety of contexts.
Outside of school Mr Robertson plays a variety of sports such as football, tennis, cycling and longboarding. He is also a keen foodie and enjoys sampling all that Japanese cuisine has to offer.
